A loading quantity is useful only when it refers to the exact product, package size and shipping method in your order.
Ask for the packed size and weight
The finished room size is not enough for shipping work. The packing list should show the length, width, height, gross weight and package number for every bundle. This information is also needed for unloading equipment.
Check access at the receiving site
Confirm whether the site can receive a container truck and whether a crane or forklift is available. A narrow entrance, soft ground or limited turning space can change the unloading plan.
Keep labels and documents consistent
Package labels, packing list references and installation instructions should use the same module numbers. This simple check saves time when several room types arrive in one shipment.
